1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of activation, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.
2. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp using the same number you originally used to order. Include: • The date you purchased. • The plan and duration. • A short note on what's not working for you. We don't ask for justifications or run you through a script — we just process the refund.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of activation. After that window, the subscription runs to its end date and is non-refundable. Your subscription must not have been suspended for breach of the Acceptable Use clause in our Terms of Service.
4. Processing time
We process refunds within 24 hours of your message. The actual money returns to your bank or card within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund where there's clear evidence of fraud or abuse — for example, repeated chargebacks across multiple orders, or attempts to redistribute credentials. These cases are rare and we'll always explain our reasoning before declining.
6. After a refund
Your subscription is deactivated within 24 hours of the refund being issued. Streams will stop working at that point.
