1. Who we are
iptvpro.space ("we", "us") is the operator of this website and the IPTV subscription service available through it. If you have any questions about this policy, message us on WhatsApp using the number shown on the contact page.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to deliver the service: • Contact details you give us via WhatsApp or the contact form (name, email, phone number). • Order details when you purchase a subscription (plan, duration, devices). • Activation data linked to your account (M3U URL, Xtream credentials, MAC address for MAG users). • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) — held no longer than 30 days.
3. Why we collect it
Your data is used to: • Deliver the service you've paid for. • Provide support over WhatsApp / email. • Comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records). • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the service. We do not sell your data, ever. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to satisfy UK tax law. Support conversations are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Server logs are rotated every 30 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you live in the EU, UK, or another GDPR-equivalent jurisdiction, you have the right to: • Access the data we hold about you. • Have inaccurate data corrected. • Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten"). • Receive your data in a portable format. • Object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp. We respond within 5 business days.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies for theme preference and locale. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you give consent on the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Third parties
We share minimal data with the following service providers, each under a data-processing agreement: • Vercel (hosting + CDN). • WhatsApp / Meta (messaging — you control what you share). • Our IPTV upstream provider (technical activation data only — no personal contact details). No other third party receives your data.
